Agreement to These Terms
Fortscapes Property Maintenance, LLC ("Fortscapes," "we," "us," or "our") provides property maintenance and landscaping services, including lawn care and seasonal cleanups, hardscaping, fencing, drainage solutions, excavation, and driveway projects, to residential and commercial clients in and around Oneida, New York. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.
Estimates provided by Fortscapes are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if site conditions, scope, or materials change once work begins. An estimate is not a guarantee of final cost.
Service dates are scheduled based on availability and, for outdoor work, weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays or rescheduling. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled service.
Your Responsibilities & Payment
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property, disclosing known hazards (such as buried utility lines, septic systems, or irrigation systems) before work begins, and keeping pets and children clear of the work area while our crew is on site.
Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of work. Invoices are due upon completion of a project unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
While we take care to perform our work professionally, Fortscapes is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions or for damage resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather or hidden utilities that were not disclosed to us before work began. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

This website and its content are provided for informational purposes, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Any updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
